3. User Account

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Be responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong Arbitration Centre for arbitration.

14. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified agreements will be published on our website. Your continued use of services indicates your acceptance of the modified agreement.

15. Other Terms

15.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding service use and supersedes all prior agreements.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement at any time.
